there's this shampoo that my friend uses called ';Thicker'; you can get it at like wal-mart and its not expensive at all. Hope this helps!Super thin hair that i want to grow out fast. what products %26amp; shampoo will help thicken it/make it healthy?
Massaging makes a lot of difference to the rate at which hair grows so a regular massage is recommended to speed up the process. Lavender oil has been shown to increase hair growth so massage the oil once a week and soak for 30 minutes before washing. Try http://solutionsforhairgrowth.blogspot.c鈥?/a> for more details.

Garnier Fructis
I'm not sure about the itchy bumpy scalp but for flyaways I use sunsilk and it works great. Maybe they have something for an itchy bumpy scalp too but I'm not sure... Hope that helps =)

How do I get my hair to grow long fast with out chemicals. Does the mane and tale shampoo product really work?

well i read up on a few websites and there was a few answers.

1. you can buy the Listerine mouthwash spray. and all you have to do is take a shower, towel dry your hair, and then spray the Listerine at the roots of your hair.

2. formula 37 hair growth shampoo.

3.and i was told massaging your root will make your hair grow.

well i hope my tips will work for you.How do I get my hair to grow long fast with out chemicals. Does the mane and tale shampoo product really work?
Trimming your hair can help to get your hair healthy and in its best condition, but it won't actually grow your hair faster. That's about all you can do. And what possibly made you think chemicals help grow your hair ? If anything chemicals make your hair susceptible to not gaining length and even losing your hair! How do I get my hair to grow long fast with out chemicals. Does the mane and tale shampoo product really work?
well the mane and tale does work but it makes your hair really really rough and fell like a horse mane! So i say dont use it. Your best bet would be to get some good shampoo and conditioner from a salon. And get your hair trimed in the light of the moon. if you dont know what that means it means get it cut when there is a full moon

hoped i helped
My sister in law uses it and her hair is past her butt. That's not my thing but to each their own. So yes, it works. If you keep the ends trimmed (no split-ends) then it should grow faster. My hair seems to grow fast but I always have it tied back in a pony-tail so some people thats another effective way.
I'm not sure if this is true or not but I heard that by massaging your scalp during a shower helps loosen the hair beneath the roots. I've tried it during showers and my hair is longer but I can't tell if it's a coincidence or if it actually works!
you can try trimming it a little on the ends for most people it grows 3 times faster shampoos or conditionrs dont work good for hair growing faster but there still good for your hair but dont over wash it or it will dry it out making it hard to grow back faster
If you just go get the ends cut it usually helps it to grow faster..

And there is like shampoo and stuff to make it grow quicker.

KMS flatout shampoo and conditioner (and other products) good?

Is KMS's products like the flatout line good for curly frizzy unmanageable hair like mine? Does it make ur hair straight and make it last. Or do I have to straighten it after (I dont like my hair straightened, takes to much time)KMS flatout shampoo and conditioner (and other products) good?
A hairstylist i used to see relied on KMS for everything. I always had great results and they lasted even the next day. I use their texturizer because it has the best hold and doesnt turn rock hard. I would recommend them. You might have to straighten still depending on how curly it is, but your hair will be easier at least. To cut down on straightening time, make sure you apply product (sprays dry faster than cremes) to your damp hair, and blowdry with a diffuser pointing down on your hair, not straight at it, which will dry from root to tip and minimize kinky and curls. Or flip it unside down and blowdry that way for added volume. Use a paddle brush which will give you smooth and sleek hair. If you still find it a bit wavy after this, put hairspray on your hair (i use RUSK hot iron protection which does the same thing) and run over it with a hot iron which will make the straight strands stay straight. Good luck!KMS flatout shampoo and conditioner (and other products) good?
You have to blowdry or use an iron to straighten your hair with these products. They simply help make it easier to do so. If you are looking for a permanent solution, you'll have to relax your hair. It's kind of like a perm but to straighten your hair.

My hair isn't that frizzy but it's in between curly and wavy

any answers would be fully appreciated!

oh and tips on what to do also...Best shampoo/conditioner/products for wavy hair?

also tresame works good and so does pantene pro vBest shampoo/conditioner/products for wavy hair?
    herbal essences... i love it
Try Aussie. I have to say I've become a recent fan of Aussie products. They have a large line of products for every hair type. I've had a problem with greasy roots and dry ends...which makes it so that you either shower every day or look like you haven't showered in a week...which adds to the problem of dry ends. I tried their Cleanse %26amp; Mend for the past few days, and voila! No more greasy roots and dry ends! It's affordable, and the products do what they say they'll do. I would try their ';Catch the wave'; collection. Depending on what look you're going for, here's a how-to based on my own hair:

    For super curly:

Use a stronger hold mousse, avoid gel (makes it too crunchy and stiff), and some hair spray. On damp hair, distribute the mousse evenly throughout the hair, then use hands to ';scrunch'; the hair. After all the hair has a curly appearance, use hairspray all over, then flip and get the underside. Use a diffuser to dry on a medium setting (avoid hot settings because it will cause frizz), with your hair still flipped over, and continue to use your hands, ';scrunching'; the curls in between the blow dryer. Don't dry it allll the way, or you'll still get frizzies!

For soft, manageable curls, wash 'n go:

Use a leave-in-conditioner mousse, and ';scrunch'; the curls however you want them. If you're worried about them lasting throughout the day, spritz a little light hair spray, and let them air dry. Avoid touching them, it'll just make them frizzy.

    Hope this helps!!
frutise garnier is amazing. use bed head for style and control. you'll love it

What is your opinion of Lush products? (like the shampoo and stuff)?

my mom got me a little sample thing, and I'm wondering if the stuff works, doesn't mess up your hair, is worth the cost, ect. thanks! What is your opinion of Lush products? (like the shampoo and stuff)?
I've been using it for a little over 6 months and love it. My hair is perfectly fine, I don't condition it since it's short, but I use the solid shampoos. The only product I haven't liked has been a lip balm and a body wash that smelled pretty bad. I have rosecea and have found that I have fewer flares since I started using Lush. I think it's the lack of preservatives. What is your opinion of Lush products? (like the shampoo and stuff)?
    you will only know if it works on your hair if you try it - anything that is expensive is not worth it -- all the products use 98% of the same chemicals and reactants -- so something expensive is the result of marketing - you have to be convinced you are ugly and below par and unattractive and their product will magically transform you -- don't believe it -- use White Rain original shampoo and WR original conditioner - they both cost 99 cents and work fine -- and I don't work for them -- they just work -- 8%26gt;}
I love them! Especially their soaps ';honey I washed the kids';, ';rockstar'; and the coconut one! (honey i washed... smells like caramel and the rock star one like bubble gum/cotton candy)

I also love their ';I love juicy'; shampoo. This is the only shampoo I've ever seen which makes your hair soooooooooooo clean *squeak* ;-)

I think it's completely worth it, plus they don't do animal testing and all ingredients are fresh and natural.

Cvs take opened face products or shampoo?

Probably not, unless their is a warranty on it. They most likely won't consider it sanitary. Purple heart (an institute which takes donations from the wealthy and give it to the poor) wouldn't even take a big bottle of Jergens lotion because they couldn't be sure of whether or not it was used. Hope I helped!Cvs take opened face products or shampoo?
I doubt it, but you should call them to make sure. You might have to take it up with the company who makes the product. Why are you returning it?

Chemical free shampoo and bath products?

Does anybody know where I might be able to source some affordable chemical free shampoos and bath products. I'd like to stop using all those products with parabens in esp. for the sake of my kids.

Everything I've found on the 'net is so expensive. I don't mind paying 拢4 for a bottle of shampoo, but not 拢10!

Does anybody know of any companies who produce this kind of stuff? I live in the UK. Any web addresses for UK companies so that I can order it over the 'net?

I'm also interested in how to make your own shampoos and bath products - the ones I've seen for shampoos always seem to suggest using castile soap, but doesn't soap make your hair go strange?

Does anybody have any experience of 'going green' like this. I've managed to switch all my cleaning products over to eco friendly products and my home smells much nicer without all the harsh smells - I like the Ecover products - they're affordable and seem to work.

ps - I don't like the Body Shop stuff!

Thanx :-DChemical free shampoo and bath products?
    Hey ,

Another convert here! Been through it , not because I had any allergic reactions to chemicals but I cant quite see why they should use so much chemicals in something as simple as a soap or a shampoo!!

Green People do wonderful stuff, but they aim at the high-end of the market. Akamuti is a good brand that is worth trying ( a bit on the expensive side) but all their products are made of pure, organic butters and oils.

But if it is for daily use you could try Faith in Nature products, no chemicals, eco friendly and affordable ... even for a student like me !!!

Good luck in finding the right product!

    Find them on the net.

They have great products and some are chemical free and organic.

You are making an excellent choice. What a terrific mother you are.
good luck in finding then ...and at a good price!

be careful some of the products don't have all the ingredients written om the label... the dangerous ones especially:(
Try Johnsons Baby Products - shampoo - baby oil - and so on - ok I hope that answers your question - you are a nice person I can see that - have a lovely time be happy - I have the same problem myself - I don't understand why they put so much chemical in shampoo - it is plain silly - I always seem get an allergic reaction - me my preference - I like the shampoo and conditioner you can buy in Ikea - the chances of getting an allergy is low - straight and up front with you - on that one - ok ?
Try a local health food/products store, their main focus is is being organic and all natural. We have them here in the United States, I'm not sure about over there, but they most likely do. I would say try Aveda products but they're expensive. Try google.com and type in what you are looking for.
Go for Johnson %26amp; Johnson ';baby shampo';.... its made for kids (chemical free).
very good question and as i work at tesco on the health and beauty section i can tell you that tesco are slowly starting to stock the green toiletries. in fact we now do a mass of organic ranges such as cotton wool lol. over the next few weeks try looking round tesco if you have one.
Aveeno uses all natural ingredients. Maybe you have these products in your area.

I worked for them for a while, and was surprised to find that, despite the bath bombs and stuff being expensive, the every day products, skin care etc, weren't as pricey as they might me, and even now I use them. The solid shampoos mean that they don't have to use preservatives etc, and tmost of their ingredients are organic and fair trade too.
I can't use Body Shop either. It makes my eyes really sore.

Green People products are amazing. They are 100% natural and they do a special range for children as well. They have their own website, but I buy mine in the local health shop..

  • How do I keep My hair flat?(shampoo's or products of any kind?)?

Do you have permed/naturally curly hair? If so, and you're ready to take the 'big step', I'd recommend a consult with your stylist about a chemical straightening. To help straighten it (whether it's chemically or naturally straight), you'll need to use a straightening pomade. A chemical straightener will not make your hair 'sleek', but if you have curly hair, it will make it a lot easier for you to manage. Have you tried using a flat iron? They're wonderful! I like ceramic ones, they're very effective without damaging your hair. Good luck! Hope this helps! How do I keep My hair flat?(shampoo's or products of any kind?)?

Also mousse from AG works really good. Its soo foamy, doesnt look all shiny, and is great for all hair types. Put the mousse on while your hair is wet but no dripping before you dry it. Dry your hair for the flat look! Otherwise it will just poof up in weird places. Good luck!

The Animal Spirit's Online Guide To Cruelty-Free Living

http://www.theanimalspirit.com/vl.htmlIn the US, how can I ensure the products like toothpaste/shampoo are free of animal substances?
I would go with Dr. Bronners for soap/shampoo/dish soap/laundry detergent/other cleaning (seriously not a joke) and you can also use it for brushing your teeth and mouth rise but I have tried it and didn't really like it for that. For conditioner I would go with Dr Bronner's Shikakai Hair Rinse (it really works wonders especially after washing your hair with the soap)

I have used the Citrus, Peppermint, Baby Mild and Almond liquid soaps and the Citrus and Almond bar soaps and loved them both though I like the liquid better and you can get a big bottle and it will last.

The advantage to Dr. Bronners are these factors: Organic, Fair Trade, Vegan, All Natural, Not Animal Tested, crazy messages written by Bronner from his Moral ABC's, you can pretty much use it for anything, no artificial crap at all, you don't need as much to produce a lot of ';suds';, the containers are all 100% post consumer recycled materials, the company is really a decent company that cares about what it does and does it well and they are a generous company that does donate a lot of soap too those who need it and one last one they are still family owned.

For toothpaste I would dump it personally and switch to tooth powder. I use Eco Dent and rather than it being sweet it is just a hint salty and it is good for about 200+ brushing in a smaller container which is good for travel and better for the earth because the bottle is recyclable as most toothpaste tubes aren't (noting that recycling is not a perfect thing). It is vegan and it claims to be better for your teeth (I cannot verify it my teeth are in good standing though). I use this stuff (lemon-lime) but they have other flavors and they have special ones for plaque and such

    http://www.eco-dent.com/ingr/ingr164016.鈥?/a>

I wouldn't use any other soap nor recommend anyone use another brand of soap, I am quite serious about this. But for other things I would always check the ingredients (on everything especially food) and look for specific labels that say not tested on animals and vegan and even then check the ingredients do it twice or more if you need too. If something doesn't seem right than don't get it till you learn about the ingredient. Look for stuff that is also eco friendly because what is better for the earth is better for the animals. You can usually also find ingredients online and then search for them and find out what they are really from and for. Some however like Tom's of Maine (at least in the past before they got bought out by mega corp Colgate-Palmolive which was a stupid move on the Chappells part because they lost some long time business from people and they are owned by a heartless soulless corporation) have the ingredient sources on the label.
on the side, it should say creulty free and 100% vegetarian(or vegan)

    look at the natural brands.

tom's naturals might be vegan, i own some, but i dont know where its at so i can't look..

and alba and yes to carrots could have some.

i know some of their products are vegetarian.

also look at a health food store.

or even google vegetarian or vegan toothpaste or shampoo.

lush has shampoo that is what you want

It should say on the back. Try looking at their websites, or searching 'what ingredients of shampoo (or toothpaste) aren't vegan?' and comparing the ingredients.

Pureology is a hair care company that is 100% vegan and cruelty free. I use it.
some say that they are vegan and some don't, you have to check the ingredients if it doesnt say, and it usually says ';not tested on animals'; if its not tested on animals
    Seriously, why does it matter??

Do you use organic personal health and beauty products (shampoo, body wash, skin care)?

Yes. I don't check for the organic seal, but I do use natural and non toxic beauty products. I also avoid Sodium Laurel Sulfate, which technically is natural, derived from palm, but it not good for the skin and is responsible for rain forest destruction.

I use the skin deep cosmetics data base to research which known and suspected hazards are in various products.Do you use organic personal health and beauty products (shampoo, body wash, skin care)?
Yes, but I don't use commercial products that are ';organic'; but still have a million crazy ingredients that I can't pronounce. Organic certification for body products is not the same as food- I don't think it means anything at all if a body product says it's ';organic';.

However, I try to use simple products and I use very few. I don't wear makeup, and I use mostly castile soap, shea butter, baking soda, etc...things I wouldn't be afraid to eat.Do you use organic personal health and beauty products (shampoo, body wash, skin care)?
Yes, I actually do. I have read on Project Weight Loss about a green diet that I intend to follow. Going green is a trend that is gaining popularity. Many people think it鈥檚 expensive to live green, but that鈥檚 not true. If you think about it, going green is all about healthy lifestyle, leading to healthy environment. A healthy life means less money spent on medicines and a healthy environment means less money spent to be healthy.
More and more people are becoming aware of the harmful ingredients they have in cosmetics and skin care products nowadays. It is always a good idea to use all natural brands like Janika

Where can I find how to make custom bath products(such as honeysuckle shampoo & lotion)w/fragrances at home?

I would like to create my own shampoos, conditioners, lotion, and soap at home with a honeysuckle fragrance. Where can I find out how to do this. It is very difficult to find honeysuckle products that smell strong enough. I would also like to know how to make room scents, and candles in honeysuckle. I want to do this at home. Where do I begin.Where can I find how to make custom bath products(such as honeysuckle shampoo %26amp; lotion)w/fragrances at home?
A good place to beginning is taking some classes in Marketing/bussiness. This would give you training and get your foot in the door which would lead to the connections that you need. Anyone can start producing shamp.etc. but without knowledge and skills of the bussiness world and marketing techniques your going to have a real tough go of it. Good Luck.Where can I find how to make custom bath products(such as honeysuckle shampoo %26amp; lotion)w/fragrances at home?
Go to a craft store they have stuff you can use to make it with.

  • How many bottles of shampoo and other hair care products do you have at your disposal in the shower?

When I was powdering my nose I just noticed that there is 11 bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. 12 if you count the baby shampoo. I mean really how many do we need? How many bottles of shampoo and other hair care products do you have at your disposal in the shower?
HAHA!! I have 6 different types on the go!!

WHY??? Cos your hair gets used to the same one everyday, and you should change it from time to time...its good for your hair to do this! Plus, it depends on my mood if I want a fruity smelling head or a pretty floral one!! I dunno...I'm not normally a real girly girl, but I do love my hair!!How many bottles of shampoo and other hair care products do you have at your disposal in the shower?
    7 =D
    like 5
i have one shampoo and one conditioner

    and some bath fizzies
i have only 1 bottle, i have my own bathroom
    9
We have *goes to check* 5. Two are samples, and one of the samples is empty. And we have one bottle of conditioner that no one uses, but sits there anyway.
    Hmmm....let me see...

    EDIT: Only five.
hmmmm well there are at least 10 bottles in the shower for my family and then i have about 10 more bottles in my room that are just for me to use...... i hate sharing shampoo and conditioner
two types of shampoo and three conditioners. Bath fizzles and scented bath oils, other bubble bath, candles, two different bars of soap, and KY.

Do girls use the same shampoo/conditioner and styling products?

I was just wondering as i use a shampoo and conditioner of the same brand (tresemme) and various styling products from different brands (trevor sorbie, john frieda, toni and guy) as one brand does not give me everything i need. Do other girls also do this?Do girls use the same shampoo/conditioner and styling products?
yep. i try almost everything once and then just pick what i like of each thing. i dont care if it ';matches'; lolDo girls use the same shampoo/conditioner and styling products?
hah, i'm sure hair product companies would love for you to do that. in fact, they often suggest their ';system.'; I don't think it really matters. I would choose whatever shampoo, conditioner, mousse, gel, hairspray, etc you like best. it doesn't have to be the same brand or anything.

although, i generally do keep the shampoo and conditioner same brand.
Yeah. i'm pretty sure my girlfriend spends hours in the bathroom with a cornucopia of cosmetics and balms and exfoliants and all sorts of weird crap. all different brands because ';this one makes my skin dry and/or leaves bags under my eyes';. blah blah blah alot of work just to go to the store if you ask me...
NO you must not mix brands as the chemicals may not be compatible

the reactions of the chemicals on your head might damage the wood
I try to use all the same just because I feel better about it. But actually right now I use Aussie shampoo/conditioner, Dove anti-frizz, and Tresemme heat protectant. So go figure!!
i use the same brand of shampoo and conditioner, but diff. styling products

But every month i change my shampoo/conditioner brand because its apparently good for your hair
yes i use like a different shampoo and conditioner every time i take a shower :) it's normal
I use like five different types haha
Yep :), i use vo5, bedhead, tresemme, shockwaves.. alsorts :L

    hope it helps x
    IDK ask your friends
    I do that :))
i do that too lol nothing to worry about
    i do!
i buy any thing thats on sale!!lol

Can you please name a shampoo product that makes your hair really straight?

Can you please name a shampoo product that makes your hair really straight?

I really badly want to straighten my hair but my parents won't buy me a hair straightener so is there any hair shampoo product that straightens your hair? Please give me the name of it and I will choose you best answer, thx!Can you please name a shampoo product that makes your hair really straight?
    herbal essences,

    has a straightening brand.

    use that, and the condiotioner.

and then blow dry your hair downwards.

that should make it pretty straight!

hope i helped :)Can you please name a shampoo product that makes your hair really straight?
Okay please do not use a chemical straightener by yourself first of all. Second It doesn't really matter with the shampoo so much as it does with a straightening product so I would get a creme to put in after your shower and as for having no straightener, it's not going to go very straight without on depending on the texture of your hair. The best results you can get would be shower/creme/blow-dry while brushing. good luck, and maybe try to save for a straightener in the future?
this is an AMAZING way to straighten hair without a hair straightner!!!:

okayy,so you know the perm kits?

    buy one.

you put this stuff in your hair its liquid and you normally put curlers in it and it perms your hair.

well dont put the curlers in.

    comb it perfectly straight.

keep it in for the normal amount of time.

    wash it out%26amp;pow!

    straight hair:D
there's this hair straightening serum from Paul Mitchell and this product called straight from bumble and bumble you put before blow drying your hair, they say if you use milk as a final rinse and let your hair air dry it will make your hair straight without making it stink.
Pantene ProV has a special straightening shampoo and conditioners i used to use. I'm not sure how straight it will make your hair, but it does help and definitely makes it smoother.

Where can I buy soap, shampoo, and household cleaning products at wholesale prices ?

costcoWhere can I buy soap, shampoo, and household cleaning products at wholesale prices ?
sams wholesale clubWhere can I buy soap, shampoo, and household cleaning products at wholesale prices ?
You can buy that at the doller store.
ooooo..go to Myers. Everything there is wholesale not only do they have soap and stuff but they sell prada bags and gucci and dior beauty products that you can buy 3 for $10. And on the third wednesday of the month they open at 4 in the morning and until 4:30 you can buy everything you can fit into a bag for $5. and everything is real.No knockoff products for real my uncle actually works at the coach manufacturing company that sends purses to thoose stores. and you can buy tvs and electronics there too if you like. There are at least 50 in every state except Deleware.
not sure where you are located but here in montana we can go to Costco's or sams club. another option is ebay. just put in wholesale shampoo lot or other options. That is how i do christmas for kits. it comes out cheaper for me.
you can go on the internet and look up wholesale distributors close to you, or ones that can ship. Costco, and Sams club are good to start at as locals. There is a gentleman by the name of Don Aslet who is the author of ';do i dust or vacuum first'; and other books on cleaning the home, and businesses, he is a multi millioniare who is funny as heck to get ideas as to what and how to clean, he sales products. I met him .. lots of great info from him.. Sally's beauty supply , and trade shows for soap and shampoo related items.. retail/ may whosesale. good luck..

  • Need advice on what curly hair girls use for shampoo and products!?

Head and Shoulders shampoo b/c my scalp is dry in the winter, and Biobasics conditioner by Suave. It is their version of Biolage or whatever that expensive stuff is called. I just let my hair towel/air dry with out brushing (get the tangles out in the shower with your fingers when you have the conditioner in). If I need extra frizz control I use the mousse by Suave for curly hair (they make a curly hair line of products - they are in blueish green bottles). It's cheap and works well for me. Never use gel, it dries out your hair. I think its the alcohol in it. Stick to mousses and creams. Hydration is key or else you will be frizzy.Need advice on what curly hair girls use for shampoo and products!?
Curly hair always tends to be dry so make sure you use a shampoo/conditioner specifically for dry or curly hair. I love Frederic Fekkai but it is pricey. As far as hair products, I normally use a curl enhancer cream from Biolage but I am sure there are others out there. I also use a heat protectant/shine enhancer from Redken in case I blow dry my hair or straighten it. Another tip, do not wash your hair everyday especially if it is dry you really need to only wash it like twice a week. In between washing you can just wet it or dab some conditioner in it.Need advice on what curly hair girls use for shampoo and products!?
whatever u do dont use herrbal essens even though the ads r cool of head and shoulders they make your hair fall out
    Curls rock is great
Some People Everywhere Really Might use different things.
I have pretty wavy/curly hair (depending on how humid it is, it's more or less curly) and I use Tresemme products- they seem to do the trick and are fairly inexpensive. I highly recommend a book ';Curly Girl'; by Lorraine Massey- it has tons of great tips and advice as to how to wash, treat and care for curly hair.
Hello. I have curly hair, and as long as you have the right products your mane will look gorgeous.

First of all, do not use pantene pro-v. The reason it makes your hair feel so soft and shiny is because it is building up oils in your hair, making it unhealthy.

I use Brilliant Brunette shampoo and conditioner, it keeps color nice and hair soft. I also use L'Oreal shampoo and conditioner. You should ALWAYS condition your hair to keep hair smooth and not frizzy, especially if you have curly hair.

Also, alternating which brand of shampoo and condition you use every couple of weeks will keep your hair healthy.

Now, after I get out of the shower I comb my hair through. The best product for curly hair is L'Oreal Studio tightly wound. You can find it at dominicks, walgreens, jewel...ect. I spray it into my hair and then scrunch it with a towel and then blowdry my hair upside down. It keeps curls soft, natural looking, and keeps curls under control.

You can also you mousse, the same way but the L'OREAL product works the best. Sometimes I straighten my bangs too. To add a nice little effect.

Good luck ,and if you have any other questions feel free to email me or im me.!

    ATTENTION:

I saw someone post that you only need to wash your hair twice a week. THAT IS NOT TRUE. Your hair will be too greasy and dirty. You definantly should not wash it every day, but atleast every other day. So you should wash your hair 3 or 4 times a week.
I love the new Herbal Essence shampoos and conditioners. They have one made for curly hair.
Silky Sexy Shampoo, Silky Sexy Conditioner, Healthy Sexy Hair Soy Tri-Wheat Leave in Conditioner, Straight Sexy Hair Smooth and Seal Aerated Anti- Frizz spray, Silky Sexy Hair Frizz Eliminator. The Silky Sexy hair products smooth out your hair and make it less frizzy, the Straight Sexy Hair stuff is a moisture repellent, helps smooth out your hair, and makes it shiny without making it look greasy. The Soy Tri-Wheat Protein stuff is really light, and not greasy.

I use all that stuff, when I wash my hair. It makes it less frizzy and smoother.

Sometimes I straighten my hair too and I have thick hair, but when I don't feel like straightening it, I spray my damp hair with hairspray, and then sleep like that, and in the morning my hair is flatter but still curly.

Best shampoo/products for frizzy and wavy/curly hair?

SIMPLY Go With SIMPLE Pert or Head and Shoulders ! !Best shampoo/products for frizzy and wavy/curly hair?
i dont think shampoos help with frizzy hair in my opinion. all they do is wash in and wash out. What matters is what you put in your hair after you wash it. I have the same kind of hair and i use gel and hairspray and my hair stays where it is all day and does not frizz up. and if it does frizz it wont frizz much.

I use Johnsons and my daughter has never had a problem with it. They have great natural products for babies though.
nither of them will harm baby

    ';natural'; justs costs more
niether wil lharm baby's skin, though with my son the johnson's dries him out. we use aveeno, burt's bees, or earth's best organics products mostly.
Neither will harm the baby's skin. The problem is with the artificial chemicals that are absorbed through the skin when using the formulated stuff.

If you have course hair, put a relaxer in it, and then it WILL be longer.

Trying to grow out & thicken my hair (& make it healthy as possible). what CHEAP shampoo/products should i use

I would go and get my ends trimmed regularly ...then I would do some at home deep conditioning. You can go to Sally's Beauty Supply and get a good ';deep'; conditioner you can either get it in packs or a jar of it ...i would recommend getting a jar ..and its not really expensive and get a pack of processing caps. Then I would wash my hair then apply a generous amount of conditioner and then put on a processing cap then take a thin damp towel and microwave it for 35-45 seconds and wrap it around your hair. I would leave this on for an hour or longer if you want just remember to keep reheating the towel. Then when you are done rinse really well and at the end of the rinse turn the water to cold and rinse really quick in just cold water. I would do this two or three times a week if time will allow it . Drink lots of water and try to eat healthy and remember to get your hair trimmed and try and let your hair air dry whenever you can and your hair will start to get healthy again. And when your ready you can still use your flat iron and things just remember to do a deep conditioning at least once a week even once your hair gets healthy.....

    Hope this was helpful ~~

    Good Luck ~~

You can good a good deep conditioning treatment or jar at Sally's and it isn't expensive and make sure you ask the clerk there that it is a color safe product, i feel certain it will be but you never know. I try alot of the home remedies and most of them work.....just be careful if you try them because a few of them did lightened my color ... :(Trying to grow out %26amp; thicken my hair (%26amp; make it healthy as possible). what CHEAP shampoo/products should i use
a few years ago migraine meds made my hair fall out .. nothing worked.. not even the rogain for women.. i saw the pantene pro-v restoratives time renewal.. for damaged hair.. it stopped the hair loss and bulked my thin hair .. almost over night.. after i finished the first tube of shampoo and conditioner of time renewal i used the restorative breakage.. and that really made it healthy.. no split ends..

my hair is long and healthy again.. i use garnier fructis now that my hair is healthy again .. and i am truly amazed!!! :D its in better condition than ever before.

and if you straighten your hair, just keep using your straightener, but use LOREAL'S Thermal Creations something or another. It's to smooth out frizz and keep your hair shiny and pretty.

Biolace products work really well too.

I have SUCH frizzy hair. I suffered all through junior high and finally my sister saved me. Now people comment on how silky my hair is, however when they see me right after blow drying they are amazed at how poofy it is!

Find a smoothing cream (not serum or mousse or any of that) My favorite is Garnier Fructis Style : Sleek %26amp; Shine anti-humitidy styling cream in a squeeze bottle. Put that and any kind of John Frieda Spray leave in conditioner or straightening assistant (even if you are straightening your hair) in your hair after your shower. Apply the cream all day and use a tiny bit of hair spray.

This is what I do for my thick, frizzy, resistant hair.

    Good luck!!

Also, try scrunching then using the cream after it is dry.
try a serum. I like organixx coconut milk...its a clear serum, it ss good and you only need about a

I think you should try herbal essences none of your frizzness smoothing leave in creme because it is perfect for flyaways and is perfect to use after you blowdry or straighten your hair. You also could try their shampoo and conditioner. I haven't tried it though so im not sure how well it works.
I totally understand. There are two products that solves the problem.

First, use a dab of LOMA imply, this is a molding cream but doesn't make your hair feel like wax or crispy, it stays soft and refreshing.

Then, use a puddle/dab of BIOSILK which you can get at costco for a good price. This seals the hair to make sure every strand of hair is shiny, silky, and no fly aways.

LOMA imply and BIOSILK are both good prices and the best products to prevent frizzy hair, I use both and my hair is beautiful. You don't have to straighten your hair at all and those products are the only products i use in my hair, I'm sure it will work.

Have fun with gorgeous hair and i hopee I helped.
