aussie, 3 minute miracle.
I have very curly hair just like you and use Pureology. I don't use shampoo on it at all (maybe once a month if it is really dirty from working outside or something or from product build-up) - I wash with conditioner only (learned this trick from a book called Curly Girl recommended by my stylist - it works - my hair is clean not greasy at all!). Then a little Redken gel and a curl cream I use by Matrix and I have nice soft, not frizzy hair and it doesn't get tangled.

And don't brush it when it's dry ever. I use my fingers or a wide tooth comb gently to shape it, or I wet it down, comb it and let it air dry. I only comb it out right before washing.
I have frizzy hair also and i use a number of products (not all at once!)

1. Charles Worthington (straight and protect)

2. a good conditioner, or hair mask, i always find that frizzy hair always seems in bad condition unless I use a conditioner. Clynol leave in conditioner is fabulous. You can only buy it in hairdressers but it actually works deep into the hairs. Normal conditioners are just for making hair managable and shiny and don't actually fix the problem.

3. If you straighten definatly use protection spray (i use toni and guy)

4. If your hair has a curl when just washed but after brushing it goes frizzy dont brush it. I know it sounds nessy but wash your hair in the morning, brush it when wet then put in a curling serum then scrunch and leave it to dry naturally. If you don't have time use a diffuser to dry your hair.

5. Any frisease product is good but i like the serum you put in your hair after its styled, keeps static and flyaway hairs at bay!

6. finally I use toni and guy shine spray for that extra sparkle. =]

If you want your hair to be thinner get your hair dresser to use thinning scissors, reduced the time it takes me to do my hair by half after those!

good luck!
John Frieda! Not only are they REALLY hydrating, but they contain really good shimmers!! Makes your hair look fabulous.
Ojon nurishing is fab
I recommend 'So savy' its meant for coloured hair but I've been us ing it for 4 months now and my hair has never been so good! (I also recommend usin their leave in moisturiser) It makes it shiny but not greasy and smells of strawberry sorbet! It even looks great when i brush it in the morning!
