I have previously dyed my hair a lot , use various products and lots of heat while styling . This shampoo and conditioner is AMASING !
It leaves my hair really smooth and glossy and tames my frizz .
( I have dark brown hair a little shorter than the girl in the adverts)
Only thing is Head%26amp;Shoulders is known to wash out your colour if you dye it but it really does give good results quick .HEAD AND SHOULDERS DAMAGE RESCUE SHAMPOO - PRODUCT REVIEW?

What's the best shampoo / hair product for thick, wavy/curly hair?
I have thick wavy / kind of curly hair that tends to frizz. What's a good shampoo / conditioner / hair product in general that will define curls, reduce poof, and manage frizz?
I don't care how expensive, just as long as it works.
Nothing cheap, either. I went through so many of those $3 shampoos that do nothing for my hair. What's the best shampoo / hair product for thick, wavy/curly hair?
My hair is the same way... I use Catwalk curls rock shampoo and conditioner. It works great. To make sure I dont loose my curls I dont brush it. I shampoo condition then towel dry and I add the catwalk leave in conditioner to protect my hair the finish it off by crunching some catwalk curl amplifier and just let it air dry. Frizz is no longer a preoblem and it only takes like 2 minutes to have great hair! I tried redken curls and i didnt get as much definition as i do with catwalk. I also tried ABBA and it also dosnt give me definition and there is some frizz... but, abba has this curl reactor and it works well. you just need a few sprits and your ready! good luckWhat's the best shampoo / hair product for thick, wavy/curly hair?
try looking on http://www.makeupalley.com for reviews of shampoos. Also please specify if your hair is dry, oily or normal.
If price is no object look around on http://www.sephora.com they have all kinds of great hair products. You can also look on http://www.hairbotique.com
Redken makes a great line for curly/wavy hair. It's called Fresh Curls. Not too expensive either.
I had a perm once and I tried a bunch of stuff - even frizz ease. Redken worked the best.
My hair is curly, and thick, and i use Sunsilk [ the purple / lilac one] i cant remember the name. But it does straighten it better than any other shampoo when you blow dry your hair.

What is a good shampoo/conditioner/product which will make all my flyaways and split ends lie flat?
I have thick dark brown slightly wavy hair and whenever i wear my hair out those stands of hair that a for some reason shorter and my split ends just fuzz out and stick our making my hair look frizzy when the rest of it isn't!What is a good shampoo/conditioner/product which will make all my flyaways and split ends lie flat?
I've got the same problem you do, and I went to this store called ULTA. It's like a makeup/perfume/haircare/nail, hair salon/etc. I asked the ladies there what ptoducts might help me out, and they told me Redkin Hair Repair, Kpak by Joico, and a few other really pricy things would work.
I didn't buy any of those things though, because it all costs waaaaaaay too much. However, I did purchase this stuff called Cholesterol, which is supposed to repair damaged hair. I got Pantene ProV's new revitalizing shampoo and conditioner, and I bought a deep conditioner called Biolage by Matrix. It was one of those salon products, but it was way cheaper than the other crap they were trying to push.
All of this stuff has really worked on repairing my split ends, and my frizz has diminished excessively. I'd say, you'd probably only need the pantene, though. Plus maybe an anti-frizz leave-in conditioner. What is a good shampoo/conditioner/product which will make all my flyaways and split ends lie flat?
Matrix Sleek.Look Smoothing Shampoo %26amp; Conditioner - I bought it at Beauty First, 2 1-Liter bottles for $30. It lasted me almost a year, so totally worth it, since they are more concentrated and you don't have to use as much as the shampoos and conditioners from the drugstore. Artec TextureLine Hair Mix is good for smoothing down frizzies and making your hair soft. The only way to remedy split ends is to get your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks. There is no other way to fix them once they split. So keep that in mind too.
shampoo: pantene smooth and sleek shampoo
conditioner:pantene smooth and sleek conditioner
product: schwarzkopf serum
well ive used 'pantene silky soft' and it works really well! herbal essences is the most fragrant tho.
i suggest cutting all the split ends off...and try some gel or wet down the flyaways. it really works.
It depends on the type of shampoo your hair is compatible to but try using Herbal Essences Anti Frizz. It works for me and it smells really nice too.
Hope this helps

Aussie shampoo's and products. Are they any good?
I'm thinking of switching from Garnier Fructise shampoo to Aussie Sydney Smooth Shampoo. Do any of you use it? Does it work well? I have super thickkk wavy and frizzy hair. I'm just looking for something that will tame my hair. I've straightened my hair a ton but I am sick of drying out my hair and spending an hour straightening it everynight. So I need something that will get rid of all this retarded frizz in my hair=] All suggestions are lovedd. Thanks in advance everyonee=DAussie shampoo's and products. Are they any good?
they are pretty good
i used there three minute miracle product and it made my dry hair so much smoother nad split end free :]\
plus there hairspray smells really good :]Aussie shampoo's and products. Are they any good?
I actually love aussie. It made my hair silky and smooth I stopped though because my hair dresser said its really bad for your hair. Id you don't care about that though go for it i loved it and it really makes your hair silky and nice.
I love aussie! the smell of it is great too, garnier was good but for colored hair it works awesome, but for u aussie will work great its a good product, and make sure u use a hair gloss or hair creme before u straighten or blow dry
I have the SAME hair you do, and i LOVE LOVE LOVE SunSilk....try that, Aussie never worked well on mine, it actually dried it out. Use SunSilk or Herbal Essence, they both work well on my hair.
Ive tried both and aussie works just as good as garnier but i just tried an infusium brand shampoo and conditioner for my frizzy hair and it works really well! It comes in a dark silver bottle!
when i used aussie products for my hair it made my face break out, and then whn i stopped using it, my face was clear.
John Freida products are WONDERFUL for frizz =)
The shampoo is good. It smells nice, too. I've used it before. But, what I usually do is stalk up on shampoos that are on sale. I find they all do pretty much the same thing - just clean. The conditionners soften the hair. I like to keep it in for a long time, so, I apply conditionner, then I wash my body with soap, and when I'm finished soaping, I rinse the soap, and finally, I rinse out the conditionner. That leaves my hair straight, soft, and more manageable.

Besides using shampoo, what other hair products can I use to stop dandruff or flakes?
Dandruff is one of the major disorders of the scalp.Poor hygiene, improper diet ,sluggish condition of the scalp caused by poor blood circulation are the main causes of dandruff. A herbal rinse is a safe method of removing dandruff. Apply lemon juice with the rind on the scalp .After 5 minutes wash off with shampoo and water. My dermatologist prescribed me a saline type solution that really helps. If you have insurance, ask your doctor.

Really flat thin hair. need CHEAP shampoo & styling products specifically for volume. like extreme volume?
actually good smelling stuff (and from wal mart lol) would be great.Really flat thin hair. need CHEAP shampoo %26amp; styling products specifically for volume. like extreme volume?
first use volumizing shampoo like target volumizing shampoo for $2, then blowdry your hair upside down. after that, give it a little tease at the crown or all over for mega volume. here's a link on how to tease:

Aussie Shampoo is the BEST!!! Put some ROO in that DO!!
I use this stuff called ';got 2 be'; or something like that. I use the ';got 2 be sexy volumizer'; in the pink metal can. I got it for like 4-5 bucks at my local grocery store. I get lotsa compliments when I use it and my hair is already thick. hope this helps!
Wax, a light gel, palmanade, mousse, light hair spray before you blow dry it with your head upside down. Brushing your hair so it doesn't tangle. Scrunching it with your fingers. When you flip your head back up go through it with a pick and not a brush or a comb.
REALLY cheap products won't be able to do as much for you as the expensive, salon-style shampoos.
I would recommend pantene volume shampoo and the conditioner. Just because I like pantene and it smells pretty good ;) works for me.
I use herbal essences or the aussie shampoo and conditioner. I also use this stuff.. it's volumizing creme.. I think it's sunsilk, it comes in a yellow bottle at walmart.. After I shower, I put it in my hair and then blowdry... And all of this stuff is from walmart. My hair's pretty straight and flat if I don't use volumizing stuff, too..
