What shampoo product works the best?

i really want a shampoo (or conditioner) that smells good, makes my hair soft, protects against dandruff, and makes my hair shiney.

Well since you mentioned the dandruff, I recommend Head %26amp; Shoulders. If you don't care much about the dandruff and you take care of your hair, I suggest Garnier Fructis.
