I straighten my hair 3-4 times a week, and I don't want my hair to be damaged, are there any products or shampoos that can help reduce the damage. Also after I straighten my hair and go outside, my hair isn't as straight as is was, it starts to become wavy. Any tips or help?
Thank you soooooo much :)What is the best shampoo or product to use if you straighten your hair? Please help :(?
I can tell you what not to use: do NOT use pantene, dove, herbal essences or anything of that sort they are horrible for your hair. I straighte my hair 5 times a week... I use Biolage By Matrix in Hydratherapie Shampoo and Biolage Conditioning Balm (it is super thick a little goes a long way. Also use a heat protecting spray. What is the best shampoo or product to use if you straighten your hair? Please help :(?
you should look at conditioners more than shampoos! Because they give your hair moisture and straightening you hair drys it out which is what makes it damaged
So yeah get a good conditioner... tresemme works well if you get the moisture lock one
or if you want to spend a bit more money then bed head have loads of products that moisturise your hair
you should also look to get some heat defence spray
you can get that pretty much anywhere
also you could but a deep nourishment mask that you use once a week or so that nourishes your hair more intensely
Good luck!!!
