I have thin, flat hair and I want to get some volume and shape into it.

U need to have a routine for ur hair like to use shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and hair lotion. use a shampoo that makes ur hair grow in volume, try Loreal paris non-stop Volume or Mane and tail, find the type that makes ur hair grow in volume and at the same time keeps it healthy and nice. u need to trim ur hair slightly once in two months, if only split ends appear and don't use anything that causes damage to ur hair such as alcohol hair products, hair dryers, chemicals etc. N U need to have a routine for ur hair like to use Loreal volume shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and hair lotion. make sure it does not get damaged while it is in the process of growing into the volume u wanted or else u would have to cut it and start growing it all over again. WASH UR HAIR IN COLD WATER AND WHEN DOING SO TILT UR HEAD BACKWARDS, this helps in good blood circulation as it moves the blood backwards from ur head top to ur neck. Wash ur hair like two to three times per week only so that minerals and vitamins and hair oils don't get deprived from ur hair.Good luck!
