I use Herbal Essences hydration (the blue one) shampoo and conditioner. After the shower I DO NOT towel dry, but I wrap a towel around my hair for about 15 - 20 mintues to take out the extra water, then gently use a wide tooth comb to get the knots out. I scrunch some Herbal Essences gel (the purple one for curls), put a small bit of mousee (also the purple HE one), then a tiny bit of Fructis sleek and shine frizz control creme.
